Arosic kicked off his financial administration career with a trial by fire, serving as a critical budget analyst at the VA. In this role, he managed the complex moving parts of a $175M hospital budget, ensuring that resources were perfectly allocated and managed. Looking to make a direct, tangible impact on business growth, he later transitioned to the private sector as the CFO for a
local construction company. In this leadership position, he successfully spearheaded a complete overhaul of the company’s financial tracking, restructuring their systems to maximize efficiency and drive profitability. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from CSU-Global, a degree
that perfectly pairs with his deep real-world expertise in financial modeling and team leadership.
Though his day-to-day focus is now entirely on financial operations and administrative success, Arosic has an unexpected creative side as a classically trained French chef. This unique background means that family gatherings, holiday dinners, and weekend meals at his house are always treated as a true culinary experience. In his spare time, he loves resetting his energy outdoors, staying active, and hanging out with his dog, Teddy, who is always by his side for his next weekend adventure.
