Through museums, historic sites, educational programs, research, and community partnerships, we inspire curiosity, preserve heritage, and connect people with the remarkable place we call home.
The Museums of Western Colorado is a regional museum organization serving Western Colorado through three unique sites: Museum of the West, Dinosaur Journey, and Cross Orchards Historic Site. Together these sites preserve millions of years of natural history and centuries of human stories while creating meaningful experiences for residents and visitors alike.
