• 5:00 – 6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour with Beer Garden & Silent Auction
• 6:00 – 6:45 PM – Catered Dinner & Desserts by Cowboy & The Rose with an Oktoberfest-inspired menu
• 7:00 – 8:45 PM – General Admission gates open for a concert and dancing with Katie and The Players, a funky soul band with powerhouse vocals and vibes!
